This Microsoft Excel Report gathers all of the data in your Storm and organizes it into a series of spreadsheets, charts, and graphs. This is a great way to analyze your content — especially if you are using one of Stormboard’s Matrix templates — your team participation, and more.
Because it can be downloaded, or worked on collaboratively using Stormboard’s Microsoft Office 365 integration, you can edit, customize, or add to it and then share it with your coworkers, employees, management, stakeholders, or executive team. It is also useful for exporting data into your other business tools.
This report can also be saved to your Storm after a meeting as a way to document your progress and keep track of work that is being done over time.
This report is instantly compiled in an Excel spreadsheet that can include one, or all, of these categories:
Statistics
Storm data (tabs for sticky notes and index cards)
Comments
Conversations that have been held in the Chat Tab

Tasks — including those completed, assigned, and unassigned
