In using Stormboard, there are five important legal documents that relate to your use of our services.
This document outlines Stormboard’s commitment to your privacy and outlines our policies and procedures to protect your information.
This is an agreement between Stormboard and all users who interact with our website and software. All users are bound by this Terms of Service document and if you don’t agree with the Terms of Service, you’re not permitted to access Stormboard.
This is an agreement between a customer and Stormboard. It outlines things like payment terms, confidentiality, and the rights and responsibilities of the customer. All customers are bound by this Customer Agreement and if you don’t agree with the Customer Agreement you’re not permitted to access Stormboard.
Ask us about our Enterprise Subscriptions which offer an Enterprise Customer Agreement which includes custom terms, a Service Level Agreement ("SLA") and a quarterly business review.
Data security is a top priority for Stormboard, and Stormboard believes that working with skilled security researchers can identify weaknesses in any technology.
If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in Stormboard’s service, please notify us; we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Stormboard currently uses multiple third-party Sub-Processors to create integrations with other tools, provide infrastructure, assist with customer support, and make sure all other process are running smoothly.
All of these vendors have been vetted to ensure that their compliance, security, and privacy practices are in-line with Stormboard’s policies.
